MANILA, Philippines — The government is eyeing the filing of charges against the Discayas over poor structural design and unfinished work of the Philippine Film Heritage Building (PFHB) in Intramuros, Manila, Malacañang said Thursday.
Govt eyes charges vs Discayas over 'unfinished' PH Film Heritage Building
Palace Press Officer Claire Castro discovered the sloppy construction of the film center during her inspection of the PFHB that was supposed to be completed Sept. 4, 2025.
Castro said the PFHB was built by the Discaya-owned Great Pacific Builders and General Contractor Inc.
"This building should be turned over now because that it's supposedly finished, Sept. 4, 2025. We can see now how it's built and why it's disappointing," Castro told reporters after inspecting the film center.
"And this building, its contractor is Great Pacific Builders and General Contractor Inc. This is one of the corporations of the Discayas," she added., This news data comes from:http://vqunlqib.xs888999.com
